I wasn’t planning on doing anything for Valentine’s Day but I decided to get tickets to see Fifty Shades of Grey for Thursday night. I am not sure what to expect from the movie honestly. It could seriously bomb in theaters or it could be a pleasant surprise. The writing is terrible but the BDSM scene (well Fifty Shades of Grey is more about a private relationship involving some BDSM influences) is one of the most unique subcultures out there. It’s very hush hush. People don’t talk about it but it exists just like swingers clubs. I’m splurging on a dinner and a movie so hopefully it’ll be a good turnout (well I’m just hoping the movie isn’t that bad).
