School Again and A New Master Stylist in Town?

It’s been a good semester since I’ve been at school, but if all goes well, I can pick up where I left off in August. I’m going to restrain myself from drafting out any specific plans or deadlines because doing so will only give me unneeded stress. I have Pete and he will continue on supporting me in my endeavors, I hope.

Decisions, decisions, and more decisions.

Blah, I’ll just stick to being a journalist.

Currently watching The Graduate again and I’m thinking about changing my hair color along with a new hair style (the one I have now is a few years old). Despite everyones’ beliefs about Asians being blonde, I’ve pulled off the platinum blonde. I did it a year ago and it was a personal bet with my hairdresser. He didn’t believe it could be done without my hair falling out or the fact that it would look nice on me. I asked him to lighten my hair to the lightest he could except the fact that he massaged the bleach into my scalp. Ouch!!! I had scalp burns for a week but the color was only a few levels lighter – a medium auburn. So he didn’t charge me a thing and I decided to play chemist myself since I’ve dyed my hair since I was 12 and do my own hair color.

This time, I want it professionally done and I hope my black hair will present enough of a challenge. I found this master hairstylist/colorist called Amber Glazner through Citysearch and I hope this goes well. Her prices a very reasonable so I’ll drop by at the Lather hair salon within a month. Yay!
