Don’t Take Financial Accounting

I can’t wrap my head around it. I understand most of the terminology but whether I can apply it … I’m not sure. At first, I was determined to own this class but after taking my first exam, I don’t think that part of my brain is going to activate and magically make everything comprehendible for me. :P

This semester is a tough one. Hopefully, I make it through in one piece. It’s only been a month and I am ready to tap out already.

Should we know our limits or try to defy them anyway? Would it be considered giving up if you know you’re fighting a losing battle?

With my experience as a scholar and a decent student, I’d like to think that I have a good understanding of most subjects …. except financial accounting. Never again!

I am considering the idea of changing my minor at this point. Honestly, I envy the people who “get” financial accounting, but unfortunately I wouldn’t be in that category.
